NEGOTIATE the FEE you pay your Agent.
1% is a Fair Total Fee.
or…
you can negotiate a “FLAT FEE” it should not be more then 1% of the sale price of your home.

it, is in dixie county which is near levy and suwanne aboout 30-50 minutes south of gains ville i think
